However, Ghibli Labs reserves the right to terminate the license at any time, without prior notice or specific conditions. This termination clause allows the licensor to manage the distribution and use of the software as necessary.

By choosing the Aleph AI software license, users can enjoy the benefits of the software, acknowledging that the licensor retains full rights to terminate access as needed, ensuring adaptation to changing circumstances.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

In the event that Aleph AI is found liable for any breach of this agreement, its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services or software. You agree to release Aleph AI from any further obligations beyond this limitation.

User Responsibility

Aleph AI is not responsible for any content created by users, whether generated by the user or with the help of AI. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their generated videos comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright, intellectual property, and content guidelines.

General Terms and Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. No partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and Aleph AI as a result of your use of its services. You agree not to represent yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of Aleph AI, and Aleph AI will not be liable for any actions or omissions on your part in this capacity.
